Legal papers [manuscript], 1774-1789.

Copies of court records, 1774-1789, of a legal dispute between William Douglas and Francis Clarke concerning repairs to the glebe house, heard in the Louisa County court in 1788 and 1789. Included are correspondence, copies from the parish vestry book, summonses, minutes of the court, jury lists, legal notes, and the final judgement of the court.
